Mexican Jambalaya Over Corn Bread

1 pound ground beef
1 medium Onion -- chopped
1 medium bell pepper -- chopped
1 package Taco seasoning mix
1 can corn
1 can red beans
1 can olives
1 package grated cheddar or jack or a combination
1 recipe hot corn bread

Preparation / Directions:

Cook a pan of cornbread. While that's cooking, fry the meat, onion, and bell pepper together till the meat is done. Drain. Add the Taco seasoning, corn, beans, and olives. Do not drain the cans. Stir well and simmer until liquid is gone. Grate cheese over the top. Serve over hot corn bread. Very easy and tast
