2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons onion -- grated
2 pieces matzos
2 tablespoons margarine -- for frying

Preparation / Directions:

Beat the eggs, salt and onion together. Hold the matzos under running water, drain. Then crumble them into the eggs. Mix well. Heat the margarine in a 9 inch skillet and turn the matzo mixture into it. Fry until lightly browned on both sides.
