3 pieces matzas
4 large egg whites
3 tablespoons skim milk or water
1/4 teaspoon salt -- if desired
1 dash pepper -- if desired

Preparation / Directions:

Break matzas into pieces, and soak in water or milk. Beat egg whites with remaining ingredients and mix with matzas. Spray a non-stick frying pan with a few drops of oil and fry until egg whites set.
