Ingredients:

2 1/2 Teaspoons active dry yeast
2 Cups bread flour
1 1/4 Cups whole-wheat flour
1/4 Cup rolled oats
1/4 Cup cornmeal
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons salt
3 Tablespoons lime zest -- grated
1 1/2 Tablespoons oil
3/4 Cup coconut flakes
1/2 Cup coconut milk -- unsweetened
1 cup water
2 1/2 Teaspoons active dry yeast
2 Cups bread flour
1 1/4 Cups whole-wheat flour
1/4 Cup rolled oats
1/4 Cup cornmeal
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons salt
3 Tablespoons lime zest -- grated
1 1/2 Tablespoons oil
3/4 Cup coconut flakes
1/2 Cup coconut milk -- unsweetened
1 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:

Add all the ingredients in the order suggested by your manual. Process on basic white bread.
