1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 cup water

Preparation / Directions:


sift together flour, cornstarch, salt, and white pepper combine yolk and water, beat until foamy gradually beat in flour mixture-mix well beat whites to stiff peaks fold into yolk mixture
