Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups water
3 tablespoons powdered milk
2 tablespoons shortening
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 1/4 teaspoons yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:

Measure ingredients in the order listed into baking pan. Insert baking pan into oven chamber, twist to secure. Close lid. Select basic bread setting. Selct desired crust. Press start. cool on wire rack before slicing
