Herbed Garlic Cheese Bread

1/4 cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 tablespoon Watkins Basil
1 1/2 teaspoons Watkins Garlic Liquid Spice
3/4 teaspoon Watkins Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Watkins Italian Pepper
1 loaf French bread -- 1 lb, cut in half lengthwise
6 ounces sliced sharp Cheddar cheese
6 ounces sliced Provolone or mozzarella cheese

Preparation / Directions:

Combine Grapeseed Oil, Basil, Garlic Liquid Spice, Oregano and Italian Pepper; mix well. Spread cut sides of each bread half with oil mixture. Layer cheese evenly over bottom half of loaf. Top with top half. Wrap securely with heavy duty foil (if bread is too long, it may be cut in half; wrap each half in foil). When ready to barbecue, place loaf on grill over medium heat. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is hot, turning occasionally. Cut into slices to serve. Makes 12 servings.
