Preparation / Directions:

Lightly toast whole grain slices in oven, remove when slightly crisp. Rub raw garlic cloves on both sides of toast. Spread with melted salt free butter or virgin olive oil and a spray of bragg liquid aminows for a healthy, delicious flavor. Return pan to oven to keep warm. Before serving sprinkle with nutritional yeast large flakes for taste delights. Use the braggs spray bottle- great for salads, veggies, potatoes, beans, rice, wok and stir frys, popcorn, picnics and dinners out, etc.
