Crusty Cornbread Loaf

1 1/3 cups water
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup cornmeal
3 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons quick rising yeast or bread machine yeast

Preparation / Directions:

1. In bread machine pan combine water, hot pepper sauce, oil, sugar, salt, cornmeal and flour. 2. Spinkle yeast over top, making sure yeast does not touch water. 3. According to manufacturers instructions choose cycle appropriate for non sweet or non fresh-milk bread. 4. When baked, remove immediately from loaf pan. Let cook completely on rack.
