Creole Tomato Bread

Ingredients:

1 package yeast
2 3/4 cups better for bread flour
2 tablespoons gluten
1 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms -- fresh/sliced
1/4 cup celery -- fine chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper -- fine chopped
2 tablespoons pimentos -- drained/diced
1 tablespoon minced onion -- dried
1/2 cup tomato soup -- canned + 1 tb
1 large egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons molasses
2/3 cup v-8 veg. juice -- heated
 

Preparation / Directions:

Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Select white bread and push "Start".
