Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups whole wheat bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup raisins -- (or diced dried, apples)
 

Preparation / Directions:

This bread fills the house with a wonderful aroma.
