3 Sticks Butter
3 cups Sifted Regular Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
3 cups Sifted Cake Flour
1 pound Grated Extra Sharp Cheese
1 teaspoon Red Pepper

Preparation / Directions:

*** Cream butter. Add flour, salt, and pepper; then add cheese. Mix well and put through cookie press (bar). Bake strips at 350°F about 10 to 15 min. Take from oven just as they begin to turn darker and cut into small lengths while warm. Store in tins.
