3 cups water
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup dry milk
2 tablespoons margarine
1 medium grated onion
2 tablespoons oil -- up to 3
1 cup water
4 large eggs -- beaten
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 Put baking dish with oil in oven to heat. In a saucepan, mix the first four ingredients (plus grated onions) and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When fully thickened, remove from the heat. Mix last four ingredients together quickly and stir into hot cornmeal. Pour batter into hot baking dish and return to oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
