Basil And Tomato Bread

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons finely minced seeded tomato
2 cloves garlic -- finely minced
1 teaspoon capers
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons low-calorie margarine
1 tablespoon minced basil
1 dash fresh ground pepper
1 dash salt -- optional
3 ounces italian bread -- sliced
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2. Mix together all ingredients except the bread. Spread the mixture evenly on the bread slices.

3. Bake until the bread is toasted, about 2 to 3 minutes.
