Ingredients:

1 package active dry yeast
3 cups water
3 cups flour
 

Preparation / Directions:

combine yeast and water in a mixer bowl, let stand for 5 minutes gradually beat in flour cover and let stand in a warm place for 24 hours, until bubbly (discard and start over if no bubble have appeared in 24 hours) stir well, cover, and allow to stand for 48 hours, until foamy stir and place into a sealed glass container use as desired or chill to store
