Apricot-Pecan Bread

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3/4 cup apricot nectar
2 cups apricots -- chopped
1/2 cup pecans -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add egg, oil, and apricot nectar and blend well. Add apricots and pecans. Put into greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool and slice.
