Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups plus 2 TBSP Milk

2 tablespoons Butter

4 cups Bread flour

3 tablespoons white Sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons Salt

2 1/4 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast

Preparation / Directions:

All ingredients room temperature 70-80 degrees Put ingreds. into bread maker in order given... Select Normal setting. ***For Speed setting you may substitute fast-rising yeast, 1-1/2 teaspoons for large.
