Three Nuts Apricot Bread

Ingredients:


---small loaf:

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon walnut oil -- or butter

1 tablespoon honey

1 large egg

1/2 cup dried apricots -- quartered

1/2 cup blanched almonds -- chopped

1/2 cup pecan halves -- or pieces

1/2 cup walnut halves -- or pieces or hazelnuts -- chopped

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour -- unbleached

3/4 cup unprocessed wheat bran

2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1 1/2 cups milk

2 tablespoons walnut oil -- or butter

2 tablespoons honey

1 large egg

1 cup dried apricots -- quartered

3/4 cup blanched almonds -- chopped

3/4 cup pecan halves -- or pieces

3/4 cup walnut halves -- or pieces or hazelnuts -- chopped

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour -- unbleached

1 cup unprocessed wheat bran

1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons active dry yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
