Jalapapeno Corn Bread

Ingredients:


1 Cup plus 2 Tablespoon water

2 Tablespoon soft butter or margarine

1 1/2 Tablespoon chopped jalapeno chili

3/4 Cup frozen whole kernal corn -- thawed

3 2/3 Cup bread flour

1/2 Cup cornmeal

2 Tablespoon sugar

1 3/4 Teaspoon salt

2 Teaspoon bread machine yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:


Measure all ingredients carefully and place in bread machine pan in order directed by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack. for 2 lb. Loaf
