Great With Ham Bread

Ingredients:

---1 1/2 LB LOAF---

3/4 cup water

2 cups bread flour

1 cup wheat flour

1 tablespoon dry milk

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 1/2 tablespoons gourmet mustard

2 teaspoons dried chives

2 teaspoons fast rise yeast

Preparation / Directions:

Bake according to instructions for your machine. Can be made with the regular and rapid bake cycles Can be served warm with baked ham or roast duck. This is a dense bread.
