Ingredients:

1 package yeast

2 1/4 cups bread flour

3/4 cup wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons white sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 dash nutmeg

2/3 cup warm applesauce

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup warm apple juice

1/2 cup grated fresh apple

Put all ingredients into the pan in the order listed, select white bread, and push start.
