Ingredients:

1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Shortening (I substituted applesauce)
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 cup Water
1 large Egg
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 cups Flour
1 package Yeast
-----FROSTING-----
4 teaspoons Milk
1 cup Confectioners sugar
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:

Do on dough cycle letting rest for 15 mins after kneading. Shape into rolls and let rise. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. NOTE: If I remember right I think I used all the called for liquid. But hold back a quarter cup of the water and add only if needed. Makes 18.
