3/4 cup spring water -- (75 to 80f)
2 cups white bread flour
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons butter -- at room temperature
2 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon rapid-rise yeast OR 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 teaspoons minced fresh basil
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic -- minced

Preparation / Directions:

1. Put all ingredients except herbs and garlic in the bread pan and assemble the according to manufacturers instructions. 2. Select regular - or rapid bake cycle and light crust setting. 3. After the first beep or towards the end of the first knead, add the minced herbs and garlic following your bread machine's instruction,s for raisin bread. Bake and cool as directe
