Preparation / Directions:
Bring the water to a boil. Add cocoa and stir until completely dissolved (I just dissolved the cocoa in the water w/o heating). Let cool to room temp. Add the cocoa mixture and all other ingredients except nuts and process on specialty bread cycle (I used basic/sweet on my machine). At the beep, add nuts (I omitted these since the rest of my family won't eat nuts). If desired , while still warm, frost with chocolate glaze made of powdered sugar, cocoa, and milk ( I didn't do this but imagine it would be very good. I did have it warm with peanut butter though. Wonderful!!!
