Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits 2 |

Ingredients:
2 cups Self-rising flour |
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon Dry ground mustard |
1 cup Grated sharp cheddar cheese |
7 tablespoons Butter flavor Crisco |
1 cup Milk |
2 tablespoons Melted butter |
1 teaspoon Garlic powder |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix flour, cayenne and mustard in a large bowl. Cut in shortening and
fold in cheese. Add enough milk to make a batter stiff enough to drop.
Drop biscuits on greased cookie sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder or salt. Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. I did these one time and they are good. Grease the cookie sheet very heavily with the butter flavored shortening (Crisco) for the crispy bottoms they get at Red Lobster.
