1 cup cold milk
1/2 teaspoon Watkins Vanilla Extract
2 cups vanilla ice cream -- low-fat or regular
1/4 teaspoon Watkins Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Watkins Nutmeg

Preparation / Directions:

Place all ingredients, except Nutmeg, into blender container; process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and sprinkle with Nutmeg. Makes 2 servings.
