1/2 cup Powdered nondairy creamer
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Instant coffee (dry)
1 teaspoon Dried orange peel
1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Preparation / Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed 30 seconds, stopping blender after 15 seconds to stir, or process, 5 to 10 seconds or until well mixed. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature no longer than 6 months. For each serving, place 2 teaspoons mix in cup. Add 2/3 cup boiling water. For 6 servings, place 1/4 cup mix in heatproof container and add 4 cups boiling water.
