Garlic Tea

Ingredients:


3 cloves garlic -- peeled and lightly crushed

1 teaspoon bag such as chamomile or lemon

1 cup boiling water

1 tablespoon honey -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place garlic and tea bag in cup. Add boiling water and allow to steep until brewed as desired. Sweeten to taste with honey, if desired. Makes 1 cup.
