Fresh Fruit Salad Shake

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Buttermilk Or Skim Milk
2 Tablespoons Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
1 1/2 Teaspoons Honey
2 2/3 Tablespoons Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries -- unsweetened
1/2 Medium Banana -- peeled and quartered
1/2 Cup Ice Cubes
 

Preparation / Directions:

Place all ingredients in an electric blender; cover and blend 1 minute at high speed, til shake is smooth.
