Chocolate-Banana Shake

Ingredients:


2 cup skim milk

1 medium banana -- sliced

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender or food processor; process until frothy. Pour into individual glasses immediately.
