1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons boiling water
24 ounces Lowfat yogurt
2 3/4 cups skim milk
1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon orange rind strips -- optional

Preparation / Directions:

Dissolive coffee granules in boiling yogurt, milk,water. Combine coffee orange juice andcinnamon in container of an electric blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Cover and chill thoroughly. To serve pour chilled yogurt mixture into cups. Garnish with a strip orange rind if
