Ingredients:

4 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon orange peel -- grated

1 teaspoon lime peel -- grated

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon fresh mint -- chopped

2 cups pitted fresh sweet cherries

2 cups melon balls

1. Combine honey, orange and lime peels, orange juice, lime juice and mint. 2. Pour over sweet cherries and melon balls; chill and serve.
