Ingredients:

3 cups coffee
3 pieces cinnamon sticks
2 pieces allspice
2 pieces cardamom
2 pieces orange rind
4 ounces cointreau
2 ounces cognac
2 tablespoons sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Heat 1 cup coffee, cinnamon sticks, allspice, cardamom and orange rind in a chafing dish. 2. Add Cointreau and cognac; set ablaze. 3. Add 2 cups hot coffee and sugar; serve in heatproof glasses with cinnamon sticks and orange rind strips.
