Blackberry Lemonade

2 pint baskets blackberries
6 cups water
1 package frozen lemonade concentrate -- (12-ounces) thawed
3 tablespoons sugar
2 bunches fresh mint sprigs

Preparation / Directions:

Puree berries in processor. Strain through sieve to remove seeds. Transfer to large pitcher. Add water, lemonade concentrate and sugar. Stir well. Chill until very cold. Pour over ice into tall glasses and garnish with mint sprigs. This drink is great to serve at a brunch or luncheon, but I also like to keep a pitcher of it in the refrigerator just to drink on hot summer days.
