51 ounces champagne
25 3/4 ounces sauterne
1 quart club soda
2 package trays ice cubes
1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup cointreau
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sliced hulled strawberries
1 bunch mint sprigs

Preparation / Directions:

1. Refrigerate champagned, auterne and soda until well chilled. 2. Put ice cubes into large punch bowl. 3. Combine brandy, Cointreau and corn syrup, mising well; pour over ice. 4. Add champagne, sauterne and soda; mix well. Garnish with strawberries and mint.
