Ingredients:

1 ounce light rum
1 ounce blue curacao
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce cream of coconut
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine ingredients with about one cup crushed ice in blender and pulse until well blended. Serve in a tall highball glass, garnished with pineapple and cherries. NOTE: This drink may also be combined with ice in a mixing glass, then strained and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
