Ingredients:

6 Sheets Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil (14X10 inch)

2 1/2 Pounds Beef Chuck Roast (Boneless) -- cut into 1 inch cubes

2 Teaspoons Salt

1 Teaspoon Accent Seasoning Mix

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

2 Cloves garlic

1 Can Fresh Parsley -- finely chopped

2 Tablespoons Lemon Peel -- grated

12 Ounces Fresh Mushrooms -- quartered or sliced

2 medium White Onions -- cut in thin wedges

Preparation / Directions:

Toss the meat with a blend of the seasonings and then with remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture onto the sheets of foil. Tuck a small piece of bay leaf into each, if desired. Close packets with a drug-store fold and twist the ends tightly; if using parchment, twist and tie ends with cord. Place packets in a 325 oven and cook 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Or cook mixture in a tightly covered casserole. Note: Packets might be set on a grill over moderate hot coals and cooked slowly, turning over several times, about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
