Beef - Green Chili Enchiladas

Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 1/4 cups chopped onion

1 tablespoon chili powder

8 tortillas flour tortillas

3 cups monterey jack cheese

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 cups sour cream

4 ounces green chiles
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown beef and onions. Add chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. Combine soup, sour cream, and chiles in bowl. Layer meat, tortillas, cheese, and soup mix. Repeat. Bake 350 35-40 minutes.
