simple delicious T-bones, easy and very good


2 1/2 pounds T-bone steaks
1 Cup V-8 or other tomato-vegetable juice
1/4 cup white fruity wine
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 medium green Bell pepper cut into strips

Preparation / Directions:

1. Mix the V-8 juice with the Worcestershire sauce then combine with the wine.

2. Pour this mix over the T-bone steaks and let marinate for 15-25 minutes.

3. Place T-bones in pan to cook and pour any remaining juice mixture over. Cook the T-bones for 30 minutes, 15 minutes per side.

4. Add the bell pepper strips and allow to soften. Serve alone or with vegetables and rice
