Easiest brisket you will ever cook

Ingredients:

1 large trimmed beef brisket

1/4 Cup Worcesterschire sauce

1 package dry onion soup mix

Preparation / Directions:

Trim all visible fat from brisket. Place on large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Pour Warcesterschire sauce over brisket. Seal foil around brisket securely. Place in baking dish and put in 200 degree oven for 8-10 hours. I usually cook it overnight. Meat should be easily shredded. Basically, this is the beef equivalent of pulled pork although it is not smoked or barbequed.
