1 pound ground sirloin
1 small onion, chopped
3 cups frozen potatoes OBrien (thawed)
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 cup prepared salsa
1 cup Green Onion / Ripe sliced Olives
1 cup sour cream

Preparation / Directions:

Brown beef and onion in large skillet. Pour off drippings. Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook on medium high heat until potatoes are heated through and browning. Stir in salsa, green onion and black olives. Cook uncovered until liquid is mostly absorbed. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
