1/2 pound ANGUS BEEF deli corned beef, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
1 packages party rye bread
5 medium green olives, thinly sliced

Preparation / Directions:

1. Mix together sour cream and horseradish; set aside. 2. Place cucumber slice on party rye slice; top with a corned beef slice. 3. Top with a dallop of sour cream mixture; garnish with green olive
