Tungshimgui (Korean-Style Barbecued Sirloin)

1 large sirloin steak -- about 1 1/2 pounds
1 clove garlic -- lightly crushed
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation / Directions:

Trim the steak, then cut across the grain on the slant into thin slices. Rub each slice lightly with the crushed garlic, then season with sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and a little sea salt. Cook the steak slices over charcoal or under a hot grill for only a minute or two each side.
