Three Cheese Skillet Lasagne

1 pound ground beef
1 package hamburger helper for lasagna
4 cups water -- hot
1 cup cottage cheese -- small curd
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella -- shredded
1 medium tomato -- wedged
1 bunches parsley sprigs
1 can ripe olives -- if desired

Preparation / Directions:

Cook ground beef in 10" skillet, stirring frequently, until brown; drain. Stir in Macaroni, Sauce Mix and hot water. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cottage and Parmesan cheeses. Uncover and cook until desired consistency. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover and heat over low heat 3 to 5 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted. Top with tomato and parsley. Garnish with olives.
