Thai Tender Coriander Beef

Ingredients:

---BEEF---
6 ounces beef -- cubed
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup water
---VEGETABLE---
1 cup roasted red pepper -- sliced
2 bunches green onions -- in 1 inch lengths
1/2 cup mushrooms -- quartered
1 tablespoon roasted garlic -- peeled
2 tablespoons roasted shallots -- peeled
2 tablespoons roasted peanuts -- ground
1 tablespoon coriander paste
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Mix beef ingredients together and marinate 30 minutes. 2. Put a small amount of coriander paste in a wok and fry coriander paste until fragrant. 3. Drain and reserve liquid from beef, add beef to wok. Add reserved liquid as needed. 4. Add onions, shallot, garlic, mushrooms, peppers and cook quickly. 5. Remove to serving platter and sprinkle with ground peanuts.
