Ingredients:


4 pounds boneless beef chuck

1 teaspoon msg

1 cup catsup

1/4 cup vinegar

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

2 teaspoons ground oregano

1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


sprinkle meat lightly with msg combine remaining ingredients-mix well pour over steak cover and chill for 8-12 hours remove from marinade grill or broil to desired doneness serve hot
