Sauerfraut Casserole

1 pound ground beef- browned and drained well
1 Can sauerKraut drained well
1 packages instant potatoes- follow directions on box
1/2 cup cheese

Preparation / Directions:

The amount of each ingredient depends on how big you want the casserole to be. I don't use any specific measurments of this one. All these ingredients will be layeres and it can be any way you like but it is a good idea not to put ground beef on the top because it drys out too easily. This is how I (Janice) layer it from top to bottom.....cheese, potatoes, sauerkraut and beef. You can also substitute ground beef with polish sausage. Cook 350 degrees 30 minute
