5 pounds standing rib roast
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup prepared horseradish

Preparation / Directions:

Rub meat with garlic and sprinkle with salt and paprika. Place meat in uncovered roasting pan, fat side up. Cook at 4750 F, 30 minutes or until browned. Reduce temperature to 3250 F and cook until meat is tender, allowing 30 minutes per pound for medium well and 18 minutes per pound for rare meat. 6 servings Mustard Sauce: Combine ingredients; mix well. Serve with meat. 1 cup
