1 can mexican style tomatoes
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pounds lean gound meat loaf mix
1 1/4 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup

Preparation / Directions:

Place rack in upper third of oven. Heat oven to 475. Line jelly-roll pan with foil. Coat with cooking spray. Combine tomatoes, Worcestershire, eggs, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add ground meat and bread crumbs, stirring until just combined. Divide mixture into 8 equal pieces; shape intomini loaves. Place on prepared pan. Bake in upper third of 475 oven for 15 minutes. Spead Ketchup over top of loaves. Bake 5 minutes more or until juices run clear and internal temperature registers 180 degrees on an instant read thermometer.
