Mexican Skillet Dinner

1 pound ground beef or bulk chorizo sausage
1 1/2 cups water
20 ounces salsa
1 package taco seasoning
1 cup rice -- instant, uncooked

Preparation / Directions:

In medium skillet, cook meat over medium heat until browned and thoroughly cooked. Drain. Stir in all remaining ingerdients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
